My Name is Art Scott, owner and Broker of Executive Group Realtors, LLC. I am a Licensed Realtor whom has developed three affordable plans to get your home sold for an affordable price. Why pay 6% or more to sell your home? With my marketing plans, your home will be listed in the same MLS service as all homes listed with Realtors. Most importantly, you will also receive exceptional, full service and will literally save your family thousands of dollars!

In a nutshell, I offer full service without the full service price. It is the same as what most traditional Realtors would do. I will take photos, measure rooms, install a lock box, and place sign in your yard. I will pull comparables to help you price your home. I will put together a sellers' net sheet to give you an idea of what to expect. I provide a showing service and advertise your home on my website, MLS, realtor.com, and on over 50 other popular home sites. I also put together a virtual tour of your home. Your home will be listed on my website with your contact information if preferred, to help you generate a buyer to purchase your home (saving you even more). I will list your home until sold. You may withdraw the listing at anytime. I will go over and discuss all offers with you. I will negotiate on your behalf, representing your best interests. The upfront marketing fee is non-refundable. If I list your home, all I need from you is for your home to be picture ready for our appointment. You may pay by credit card (PayPal) or personal check. If you get a buyer through your own efforts without a realtor involved, you will not pay the 3% fee. In this case, I will still handle the contract to close. I make the listing agreement for 6 months or less with an option to renew at no additional cost, until sold.

There are other flat fee companies out there. However, my company is the only company that offers full service for this price. No hidden fees or charges, no listing limits (listed until sold), and you will receive exceptional full service. Most flat fee companies just put your home on the MLS, expecting you to handle everything else. I take care of the whole transaction for you from start to finish.

You pay a flat listing fee instead of a listing commission to list in the same MLS that all real estate agents use. Your listing will be uploaded to all the websites listed on my marketing packages including Realtor.com and will last until your home is sold.

You can price your home more competitively because you are only paying a buyer's agent commission, not a listing commission. You won't pay any commission if you sell as a for sale by owner, fsbo.

If you find a buyer not working with an agent, you may sell to that buyer, for sale by owner and not pay any commission.
